I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. When challenges arise and things seem difficult, take heart. Our God gives us power beyond what we can imagine. He will provide you with everything you need to face whatever comes your way. Even when you feel weak or afraid, tap into the source of strength within - Christ living in you. Place your trust in Him, and you will find you can overcome all obstacles and flourish. Have faith that the God who created the entire universe is with you and for you. He will see you through to victory. So hold your head high and keep moving forward confidently. You have got this, with His help!

Make Wise Choices for Your Body Temple

Our bodies are sacred gifts from God, meant to glorify Him through how we care for them. Yet in today's fast-paced world it's easy to neglect our health. The Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. If we truly see them this way, we will want to fill them only with what honors God. That means choosing nourishing foods, staying active, managing stress, and getting adequate rest. While indulging occasionally is not inherently sinful, making long-term wise choices regarding diet, exercise and lifestyle will serve you and your purpose well. Your body is not your own - it belongs to God. Consider how you can best steward His temple for maximum well-being, vibrancy and longevity.

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ESV
