I hope and pray you are well.

This year, as we observe Valentine's Day and the commencement of the Lenten Season coinciding, it presents a unique intersection for us as Christians. While we celebrate love and connection on Valentine's Day, Lent calls us to a season of repentance and fasting.

As we express love in our relationships on Valentine's Day, let's also take a moment to reflect on the sacrificial love shown by Jesus during Lent. It's a time for us to blend our earthly expressions of love with a deeper understanding of spiritual devotion, marked by acts of repentance and fasting.

This dual celebration encourages us to balance our personal relationships with our faith, infusing Valentine's Day with a spiritual significance that extends beyond the romantic. It reminds us that love, in all its forms, can be a powerful force for positive transformation, both in our connections with others and our spiritual journey.
